• Purchase and sell courses in our marketplace

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Maintain and update your account information
• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

Consent Requirements (Korean Users)

4. Subscription Plans and Billing

• Lowkey Pro ($15/month): 20 course generations per month and creator tools
• Enterprise: Custom pricing for organizations

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time through your account settings. Refunds are provided according to our refund policy.

5. Content and Intellectual Property

Your Content: You retain ownership of content you upload or create. By using our Service, you grant us a license to use, modify, and distribute your content as necessary to provide the Service.

Generated Content: Courses generated using our AI tools are owned by you, subject to our platform guidelines.

Our Content: The LowkeyGenius platform, including software, design, and proprietary algorithms, is protected by intellectual property laws.

6. Marketplace Terms

When selling courses on our marketplace:

• Course prices are set between $1-$5 as determined by you
• LowkeyGenius retains a 30% commission on sales
• You receive 70% of the sale price
• Payouts are processed monthly via PayPal
• You must ensure your content is original and doesn't infringe on others' rights

7. Prohibited Uses

You may not use LowkeyGenius to:

• Upload illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Violate intellectual property rights
• Spam or harass other users
• Attempt to hack or compromise the platform
• Create fake accounts or manipulate the system
• Use the service for commercial purposes outside of our marketplace

8. Privacy and Data Protection

Korean Users - PIPA Compliance

For users in South Korea, we comply with the Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA). By using our service, you acknowledge that:

Limitation of Liability: LowkeyGenius shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason in our sole discretion.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the platform. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Korea, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Dispute Resolution

• PIPA Compliance: Personal information disputes are subject to PIPA regulations
• Personal Information Dispute Committee: Korean users may file complaints with the Personal Information Protection Commission
